Haley and Dylan’s early fall wedding at The Henson in the Catskills was intentionally designed to feel calm, refined, and deeply personal. With just over 100 guests, the celebration balanced an intimate atmosphere with the openness of the surrounding landscape. Seasonal details and thoughtful design choices shaped a wedding day that felt effortless and welcoming from start to finish.

As their partial planner and wedding coordinator, my role was to guide the planning process, manage logistics, and support the flow of the day so the couple could be fully present. From grounded floral design to a reception that felt warm and lived in rather than overly styled, every element reflected their shared vision. It was a privilege to support a wedding that felt both carefully considered and entirely their own.
